5. No Ownership or Control Rights: Your donation does not grant you any ownership or control rights in relation to the Project, and it does not constitute an investment, loan, or sponsorship.
6. Acceptance of Terms: By donating, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, and you acknowledge that these terms form a binding contract between you and the Project.
